Ilias Lignos

General Manager

Ilias is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering, who has extensive experience in management and shipping. He has in-depth knowledge in shipping construction in shipyards abroad. For the last 17 years, he has worked as a top executive, as a technical manager and as a project manager in large-scale projects. His know-how covers the areas of maritime management, transportation, energy management and consulting, whereas he specializes in the consolidation of companies and organizations in change and human resources management.

Thanassis Babatsikos

Partner

Thanassis is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. from UMIST, member of the Engineering Council / UK, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE) / UK and FEANI (EUR ING) with C-suite experience from global organizations. For 30 years he has worked as a top management executive in multinational companies as well as public and private organizations specializing in managing large teams, change and human resources, designing processes, safety and commercial and industrial sales. His expertise covers the areas of business evaluation, feasibility studies and operational restructuring of organizations.

Despina Ververoglou

Senior External Advisor

Despina is a Financial Analyst with a B.Sc. from the Department of Banking and Financial Management at the University of Piraeus. She has 25 years of experience in executive positions in multinational companies. She specializes in financial audit and reporting of organizational units, business plans and monitoring key financial & non financial performance indicators (KPIs) with excellent results in cost cutting management.

Vagelis is a Business Specialist with a MBA from the University of Wales. He has more than 20 years of proven experience from multinational companies in the Oil, Retail, Pharmaceutical and other sectors with exceptional record in the areas of Credit Control, Logistics, Contracts and Facility Management and excellent knowledge of the English language.

Senior External Advisor

Spyros is a senior executive in the field of shipping brokerage and international business with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and two Master’s degrees in Shipping & Transportation from the University of the Aegean, and in Shipping Commerce and Finance from City University. He has extensive experience in the field of shipping, specializing in negotiation, project management, proposal writing, investment and finance.

George Pontikos

Project Support Coordinator

George is an undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at the University of the Peloponnese. He has excellent skills in programming and automation languages, whereas he fluently speaks English and German. He specializes in negotiating and communicating with suppliers/customers, project management and procurement tenders.
